Michel La Pierre works with founders to make sales and marketing teams independent and predictable. He has successfully built and sold multiple companies, including a tech business, a consultancy, and a leadership & performance consultancy.
Michel has coached over 3,500 people in personal leadership and sales development and guided 50 commercial transformation projects in mid-size companies.
His corporate experience includes roles as Commercial Country Director at Affinion Group, Sales Development & MT member at Liberty Global, and commercial leadership positions (CD/CCO) at three digital and tech agencies.
